Upgrade Your Plan

Contact us to upgrade your mailbox size. We will quote you on your pro rata upgrade for the remainder of your current term.

Delete Emails Using Webmail

Log into Webmail using your email address and password. Your individual webmail is located at http://webmail.yourdomain.com.au where 'yourdomain.com.au' reflects your domain name. Choose a email client, we like Roundcube. Delete emails from your folders and then empty Deleted Items

Move your emails to a Local Datafile or folder

Create ‘local’ folders in your email client and drag any old emails to save them to your local harddrive. Note: these ‘local folders’ will not sync with other devices. 

Empty your deleted items folder (don't use it as storage!)

Empty your deleted items folder (ensure your settings allow deletion of emails from the server)

If using a POP3 setup, configure your email client to delete messages from the server/your account after a certain time frame.
